A Yoga Retreat with Yoko — at Whispertree November 1 – 3, 2024

What if it is true? That we are all connected — each of us, a node in a vast, jeweled net — integral, reflected, reflecting. 

Retreat to Whispertree; replenish your spirit and soul.  We will weave poems (Rumi, Mary Oliver, Jane Hirshfield) into our practice. Dive into a Buddhist koan.  Explore tenets of yoga philosophy.  There will be four yoga classes (Friday evening, Saturday morning and afternoon and Sunday morning) and an optional pranayama session.  We will maintain silence on Saturday morning, from the moment you wake until lunch.

Most of all, we will find ourselves surprised by moments of wonder, joy, and gratitude.

About Whispertree

Whispertree is about 2 ½ hours from the Bay Area, off N 101 shortly before Ukiah. As soon as you turn left onto State Route 253, the terrain becomes wild and more beautiful – swooping hill lines and dark green clusters of trees.

We will have the entire land to ourselves – over 600 acres – for the entire weekend.

On Sunday after the retreat, visit Hendy Woods State Park. Stroll under old-growth redwoods and walk along the Navarro River.

Cancellation Policy: $175 is non-refundable. You will be refunded the rest of your payment if you cancel before September 15. After that, the balance of your payment is non-refundable unless a substitute can be found.
